Stefania Milan Appointed Professor of Critical Studies at University of Amsterdam

We are happy to share the news that our Fellow Stefania Milan has been appointed Professor of Critical Data Studies at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Amsterdam (UvA).

Stefania Milan’s work has mostly concerned data activism and the datafication of society.

Within the new chair, she will focus more on the emergence of a new form of governance, namely: governance by data infrastructure, which has regulatory data infrastructures at its core.
