Starkman on Media Literacy in Bulgaria

As part of the U.S. Fulbright program, Fulbright Bulgaria will host the ETA Seminar on Media Literacy, from November 8 to 10, in Sofia. The topics will cover teaching media literacy, potential responses to misinformation, outsmarting trolls and using technology to develop autonomous learning, among many others.
The keynote speech will be given by Dean Starkman, Fellow at the Center for Media, Data and Society, with the title Structural Challenges to Public Interest Journalism.
