Big Data, Bots and the Internet of Things

The next internet is going to be made up of many devices communicating with each other.  Big data analyitics have the potential to solve many public policy problems, but may create some too.  People create significant amounts of digital content, but increasingly "bots"--scripts that replicate themselves--generate content that we consume over our social networks.
